Challenge
Vodafone stands as one of the leading telcos in Australia, renowned for its diverse range of services spanning mobile phone plans, mobile broadband, prepaid options, and fixed internet solutions. With the national rollout of NBN underway, Vodafone recognised the need to introduce a new product section dedicated to their unlimited NBN plans, catering to the evolving needs of their customers in the digital age.

Solution
Collaborating closely with a team of CX and UX designers, as well as stakeholders, I led the development of wireframes tailored to user journeys meticulously outlined by the team. These journeys encompassed key stages such as address checking, product exploration, plan selection, and the checkout process. We further refined these designs through a series of internal user testing sessions to ensure optimal usability and effectiveness. The culmination of our efforts resulted in the successful launch of Vodafone's NBN plans in 2019.
