Challenge
Tambla stands as a frontrunner in workforce management, renowned for its robust awards interpretation capabilities. This empowers large companies to automate even the most intricate of environments, resulting in significant time and cost savings with each deployment.
Additionally, Tambla offers services in scheduling, rostering, and time and attendance management. Recognising the need for an upgrade, Tambla sought a new UI design to replace the outdated and user-unfriendly current version. Through this uplift, they aimed to gain a competitive edge, attracting and enticing new clients with enhanced usability and modern aesthetics.

Solution
A complete redesign from the ground up was imperative. Collaborating closely with the internal project team, we embarked on developing a new user experience meticulously tailored to address the current pain points of their existing users.
This endeavor involved defining user personas and meticulously mapping out their individual user journeys. Building upon these insights, I crafted wireframes and prototypes, which served as the foundation for the subsequent creation of a polished new UI.
A key consideration throughout the process was the maintenance of a responsive browser-based solution, all while seamlessly integrating with their existing technology stack.
