Challenge
In 2015, St George Bank recognised the outdated nature of its online business banking system, which was in dire need of modernisation. Consequently, the decision was made to overhaul the platform and embrace a modern, responsive design approach. This transformation aimed to ensure that users could effortlessly manage their business banking needs from any device, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience across the board.

Solution
We implemented a customised UI inspired by the design system of the Westpac GEL (Global Experience Language) to maintain consistency across all touch-points. The outcome was a fresh, intuitive, and responsive interface that catered to the diverse needs of small businesses through to corporate customers. This unified approach ensured a seamless online banking experience, empowering users with an extensive range of capabilities tailored to their specific requirements.
