Challenge
Revenue NSW spearheaded the most prominent digital transformation project in NSW in 2022. We revamped online transactional portals for managing services like Land Tax, Payroll Tax, Property Tax, and Fines.

Solution
As a UI/UX designer on this project, I lead the design of the portal for lodging, managing, and submitting payroll tax. This substantial undertaking involved conducting user testing during each sprint cycle and engaging stakeholders from the delivery team, including BAs and SMEs at NSW Revenue. The design team comprised six Service, UX, and UI Designers.
Starting from scratch, we utilised a basic SNSW GEL design in Sketch, which we expanded into a comprehensive component library in Figma.
